What is breathwork?
Breathwork is a body-based meditative practice that uses the breath to quieten the mind, release stuck emotions, and regulate the nervous system. It can feel like a warm hug, a powerful clearing wave, or a full blown meltdown. Breathwork is the practice of surrendering and trusting your body to guide you.
