Maine Yoga Festival: Maine's premiere yoga festival offering a wide variety of yoga workshops across multiple styles. Taught by local and New England teachers, we gather to practice together and celebrate all that yoga is and does for us, physically, mentally and spiritually! Experience a weekend of community! Plug into this amazing yoga community, meet new teachers and fellow yogis, try a new yoga style, listen to live music, and explore all that our vendors and sponsors have to offer in our vendor and healing village. It's a festival!

Maine Yoga Festival features local music, food and vendors throughout the weekend. We encourage green living practices in our community by promoting recycling, discouraging wastefulness and showcasing the natural setting of Maine.

WORKSHOP 1: BASSYoga

WORKSHOP 1 Description: What if we take the yoga practice that we know and love, and amp it up with the power of bass-driven music and the freedom of dance? This workshop will begin with a grounding into our connection with Essential Self, and follow an intentionally curated arc of bass-driven music that rises to a peak of celebration. Our BASSYoga soundscape is intentionally created by Ankati to move our deepest heart and awaken our free expression.

WORKSHOP 2 Description: Most often, the most frustrating barrier to living life to the fullest is our fear of what others think. We’ll explore the transformative power of movement and music to untangle limiting beliefs and cultivate a true sense of belonging within ourselves and our community! Join DJ Ankati as she opens with an embodied meditation and warm-up, leading into a dynamic live DJ set designed to liberate your spirit and express your joy in BELONGING. Together, we’ll create a space where you can move freely, awakening your most vibrant and passionate life force.
