Every Halloween we hear the story of Booty and the Beast... err, maybe not, but this year we're bringing Sweat & Soul (formerly Buti Yoga) to the North Country Cider Co. tasting room!

Roll out your mat, bring some water, and don your best movement-friendly costume for a Halloween booty fest! We'll blend yoga, dance, strength, and cardio HIIT to create a wild & fun workout guaranteed to make you smile AND sweat. After class we'll stick around to hang out and enjoy a tasty bevvy from North Country Cider!

One drink included in your $25 ticket price for those 21+.

For those with sensitive feet/knees/joints, workout sneakers are encouraged on the concrete floor.
