Building embodied personal power and worthiness in a time of collective confusion.
When we feel empowered, we live our lives FULLY. We’re not afraid to get up at sunrise to chase our dreams up a dewy mountain path. We can feel our deep intuition, and we’re ready to LISTEN to that inner knowing with fierce trust. We’re willing to try, even if we might stumble. We trust our own two feet. We breathe and move fully. We stand tall. We feel fear, but we don’t let it shut us down completely.
We do no harm, but take no sh*t.
And we can live as a CELEBRATION. Because we know that’s what life is meant to be.
>> When we are feeling empowered within ourselves, we don’t feel the need to attempt to exert power OVER another. We don’t feel pulled to compare and despair. We *also* won’t stand for it if someone else is overstepping our boundaries or attempting to manipulate. BUT/AND. We also don’t have to become rigid, puffed-up versions of ourselves. We can joyfully embody confidence and power!
The thing is: we have to EMBODY our power for it to stick.
All the affirmations in the world won’t get us there if our body still feels tight, constricted, rigid, and disconnected from the fire in our bellies and the ground beneath our feet.
There are practices to help us cultivate a lasting connection to that power. And I want to share them with you.
“Nothing has transformed my life more than realizing that it’s a waste of time to evaluate my worthiness by weighing the reaction of the people in the stands.”

The Why.
The more beautiful world we know is possible requires that each of us fully embodies the sacred power within our heart, soul, vision.
So? No more playing small. In this Tiny Retreat, we will cultivate a groundedness in our own sense of embodied power. We will clarify what it feels like to hold our Yes and our No with clarity and confidence. We will contact and encourage our Intuitive Knowing. And we will practice naming our Needs and Desires, making requests, and taking up space.
We will claim our confidence, power, and worthiness, intrinsic and sacred.
